Walkers Service Department is quite unique in Lancia terms as it features Factory trained technicians for the Lancia Delta Integrale.
The mechanics, apprentices and Steve Shaw the Workshop Manager are all well focused to provide the very highest customer care for your Lancia Delta, Fiat Cars & Fiat Commercials alike. All staff are fully trained at Fiat Training courses to keep abreast of the latest models, innovations & trends in the Fiat range.
Our apprentices take their Modern Apprentice training at the Fiat Training School working solely on Fiat products throughout the course.
Walkers have invested in the latest Diagnostic Equipment to keep pace with the Advanced Technology now being used on new Fiat products. This provides quick and efficient remedies for trickier problems.
Walkers workshops attract customers from the length & breadth of the country. Notably Walkers have had customers from Norway, Andorra, Spain, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Ireland & even ITALY to have service work & modifications carried out in its workshop. We also don’t forget our local customer, servicing cars of any manufacturer as well as carrying out MOT testing.
Service loan cars are available whilst your pride & joy is being maintained, but for the more distant customers Walkers is only 100 metres from an excellent Bed & Breakfast Pub, The Otterington Shorthorn.
Parts Dept.
Walkers prides itself with the depth of parts availability from its well stocked shelves. There is nowhere else that has a wider range of parts in stock outside Italy for the Lancia Delta. Whether it be new service parts or Walkers service exchange parts Walkers won’t be beaten.
A wide range of Competition/tuning parts are also available ex stock. As a Fiat franchise dealer Walkers prides itself on its 1st pick availability for service items.
Daily deliveries are received directly from Fiat central stores. Those unusual Non stock items can be ordered directly with Fiat Italy using its on-line ordering system with early delivery in most cases.
John Richardson & Ben Smith are helpful people to ask and will give good & friendly advise before dispatching your parts via DHL, TNT or Post as preferred.
